1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and digital portals of HAI NETWORKS FZ-LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms outlined herein, you must immediately discontinue use of our platforms and services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, trademarks, code architectures, software solutions, media productions, and documentation displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of HAI NETWORKS or its licensed content providers. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.

3. Enterprise Services & Commercial Contracts

Commercial engagements across our five core business divisions (Import & Export, Enterprise Technology, Media & Events, Real Estate, and E-Trading) are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), purchase orders, or master service contracts executed between HAI NETWORKS and the client.

• Quotes and proposals issued are valid for 30 calendar days unless stated otherwise in writing.
• All trade logistics, import duties, and cross-border clearings comply with applicable UAE and Nigerian customs regulations.
• E-Trading transactions must be conducted exclusively through verified payment escrow channels.

4. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

Users agree not to engage in any activity that impairs system security, introduces malicious software, attempts unauthorized access to administrative servers, or submits fraudulent inquiries through site forms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HAI NETWORKS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party network outages, or unauthorized third-party interferences.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Ras Al Khaimah / Dubai jurisdiction) and the Federal Republic of Nigeria (Lagos jurisdiction), depending on the executing operational entity.
